Hello,
Join me to share insights from our Swiss lawyers. I'm sure not all lawyers will have the same approach, hence the need to share insights from them!
If you wanna do things in private: just post a comment so that we can know who is from Switzerland and then we can exchange emails.
Together we will be stronger (Quote from IronMan ;-).

Hello guys, it is the first time for me I have registered in a forum thanks to the tragedy of last week. In my case Saxobank is applying a rate of 0.9625 for the stop loss orders which were effectively executed around 1.2. Those were in place to cover the written EUR/CHF put options. Well, needless to say that my account looks pretty red now. I agree with most in the forum that we need to organize ourselves and get together to pursue legal action. Anyone here already in contact with a specialized lawyer? I would be happy to share the costs...

Hello, anyone from Switzerland already informed FINMA about the way how Saxo executed the trades? Perhaps not a bad thing to do.
