I send this e-mail to all the people that sent an e-mail to me and I add all of you then yo reply for al the group for the time being we can use the e-mail, later on we will find other way to organize us for better communication. Please read the following careful and lets start!
I’m very surprised and happy for how many e-mails I have received to support each other, only publishing the post in one web page. Of course I’m not happy with your situation, but Is good to see that in only one day we are a small group, it means that we can grow together and have a big number of people able to go as a group to recover our money and rights with dignity.
I would like to say that this is for me something personal now, the money of course is important, but the worst thing is to see how your broker can cheat you in your face when you are a loyal customer. I’m trading with Saxo Bank from long time ago, even knowing that there are unexpensive and good brokers, but I was able to pay more for they support and services. But after these years trading with them I can see now all my efforts and loyalty were useful. Now I want justice for all the affected people and me.
As you well know Saxo Bank is very strong bank, they have the ‘’General Terms and Conditions’’ and if you read careful they protect their self for everything and they can do whatever they want to us, even to cheat us as I see. Then believe me, it will be difficult to win against them, but from my side I will do my best and I will do the maximum noise possible to at least give them the reputation that they deserve after to see what the did to us, and aware other new traders to don’t use them. At least we will do something good for the other people to don’t make the same mistake using this ‘’casino broker’’ called Saxo Bank.
Following I will like to describe some points I think we have to start working together, and believe me, together we will be strong and we will have big chance to succeed and win them. Please all your ideas, all your help and support is welcome to the group, any information, anything that you think could help to win the case please don’t hesitate and do a comment in the group.
1- First of all I have to say that I have received also the warning to pay maximum 23-January the amount that is in less in my account, and then of course I will not do it. The first think as other friend of the group advised to me in one email. Is to kindly reply to Saxo Bank and explain them that we have a discrepancy and other point of view of the situation, and they have to put our account in the normal situation after to close the EUR-CHF position, with the initial and normal price. Not with the second price that they changed with a ridiculous excuse to cheat us and stole our money. Anyway I’m not expert or lawyer, then if you have doubts don’t reply and ask to one lawyer before to reply. From my side I already replied, and I know their answer, but I prefer to explain them in the friendly way that I need my account with the normal balance after to loss a big amount, and it is enough, I’m giving them the 80% of my account, which I loss for my fault. I accept my responsibility and I pay, I did gambling, not trading, the next time I will be more careful, but I don’t accept unexpected losses after to close the position, I will never agree with that losses.
2- Secondly I would like to say that we need to do Facebook group. Close of course, we don’t want that Saxo Bank read it and know who we are, or we have to make a blog or some system to post comments and all the group can read it and reply.
I need your opinion about that, it is ok to show who is who ? or someone don’t want from the moment?
3- Other thing, we should check more forums, trading web sites where we can post comments, trading blogs, and send e-mails to different trading webs, magazines, newspapers etc. I would like to do it to call all the traders in the world which have the same problem, we have to spread our word and get the maximum number of users in short time, then we will have a big group to be very strong.
4- We have to find a lawyer, I think we have to go direct to do the claim in Denmark, not to waste the time in our country, in my country for example Saxo Bank is regulated for the CMNV (National commission for stock market) then I will do a normal complain, it will be useful but it is ok. If we don’t win in Denmark, we will go to the European Court if the lawyers advise it. I know many important cases that did not win in the same country of the problem, but they won in the European court.
What we really need is to find the best lawyer possible in Denmark, it will be cheaper and better for us, they will know better the law in Denmark. One time we have the lawyers we have to send them the ‘’General Terms and Conditions’’ and they have to read very careful and let us know if they advise to do something or not. And if the case is yes, how to proceed. We must show them how is working Saxo Bank’s web platform, and the lawyers must have some knowledge about stocks market, trading and so on, otherwise they will not understand about stop loss, short and long positions and all of that terms.
We need to know the lawyer cost, I think they will have a fix cost to start and complete the process, and after they will take some commission of the money recovered. In my case I can spend money in the lawyer and I can give some % from the money that they recover, because now is already lost. I think the total fix cost of the lawyer we can share between all the group, and if we are a big amount of people we will not pay a big quantity, compare with the money that we can recover, then we should check also that point and agree with the payment from and inform the others that we have to pay something.
5- I think also that we should find the maximum number of people in Denmark with the same problem, because we can handle by phone and e-mail, but we will have to go to Denmark I think, and we need to meet the layers in person, and we can not travel to Denmark every 2-3 weeks, then we need people there to support us, if the people is in the same situation they will support us very easy.
6- When we have the lawyer and we know what chance we have to win, we should tell to the lawyer to write an e-mail and write all of our names and Saxo Bank IDs, and explain friendly to Saxo Bank that we are going to do a very big claim, and a lot of noise in all the media, internet trading news, blogs, forum, etc, and maybe Saxo Bank want to negotiate with us before to go ahead with the global demand and claim. If they don’t want we will go ahead and we will start all the legal process.
7- This is the beginning, we should find more and more people like us, they have to join the group and we have to write the conditions of the global demand and claim, before to join us they have to accept and have it clear. One by one alone we can do nothing, we know it, but all together we can be strong and recover our money.
