Saxo now seems to offer already a discount of 2/3 of the amount the ask for (not the total loss), if you accept to not publish this agreement. If you would, and they could proof that it was you, you would still have to pay the full balance!
That's how they want to "convince" people to pay instead of going to court.
Very strange! I think it's better not to accept any deal they offer - but of course it is also depending on the amount you are asked to pay.
